Wild Earth Bakery & Cafes - Edmonton Valley Zoo, Edmonton, Alberta For this project we represented Wild Earth Bakery & Cafes and worked with Dialog Designs, Stuart Olsen, the City of Edmonton and several other COR certified contractors and trades to build a new cafe building as part of the phase II expansion of the Edmonton Valley Zoo. For this project we implimented:

• a CAD based design for the cafe based on blueprints
• a collection of quotes and bids from suppliers to present to the city for budgetary approval
• a contract agreement for the install of equipment and custom millwork.
• review and feedback on terms of the licencing agreement with the City of Edmonton

Alibi Pub & Eatery - Edmonton, Alberta For this project we developed the base concept for the restaurant, created and executed an implimentation strategy. We joined this project in Mid-2016 and opened the doors in late November of 2016. On this project we implimented:

• Core Restaurant Concept Development
• Kitchen Workflow and Installed Equipment
• Kitchen Operational Standards including OH&S
• Menu with Sourced Vendors, Complete Costing, & Tested Recipes
• Menu Design (Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator)
• Coctail Menu with Sourced Vendors, Complete Costing, & Tested Recipes
• Service Standardsdesigned for driving Customer Engagement
