Brian McBride - President
Brian McBride is a hospitality professional with 22 years’ experience within the service industry. At the age of 17 Brian started his formal education in the Culinary Arts at NAIT. After completing the program and Journeyman certification Brian took career opportunities that took him to work with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts cooking for dignitaries and royalty and began to hone onto skills of system creation, standardization, and team building. Brian brought these skills back to Edmonton where we worked at several independent restaurants where he continued to mentor cooks, develop his own management style and versed himself into all aspects of the hospitality industry. Over the next few years Brian worked in launching national franchises, work with other large branded hotels, and helped to grow Wild Earth Bakery & Cafes, a small neighbourhood gathering spot, into 5 cafes with a new commissary kitchen. In the growth of Wild Earth Brian worked with Dialog Designs, the City of Edmonton, Stuart Olson and various COR contractors and trades to build the café as part of the Edmonton Valley Zoo expansion. Since Brian started TableConsult he has continued to learn and improve by pursuing his MBA and continuing to service the challenging needs of his clients by finding new and pursuing unique opportunities.
